Great admin staff - I initially had to reschedule as something came up, but BG were very prompt in getting me a new date (the next day) and it wasn’t an issue for them. Great engineers as well who were very knowledgeable and professional. Good craic to chat to too! I’ll definitely be using BG again in the future.

Ronnie was able to come in and identify exactly what all the problems were with the whole system, something no one else has been able to do for 3 years now, he couldn’t have been nicer even when the cat was trying to climb in his bag and was very prompt following up with a plan for fixing the system, would highly recommend!
