Absolutely faultless experience, very professional, left my house as if they’d never been here, and generally very kind workmen. After what should have been a standard boiler service turning into an entirely new boiler replacement, Ronnie and his colleagues kept me right with my options available to me and answered my (gazillion) questions to put my mind at ease. Thrilled to have a new, safe boiler installed and will absolutely be using for future gas services including my annual service. Thank you Ronnie. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Recently used Belfast Gas for a gas boiler service. Great admin staff - I initially had to reschedule as something came up, but BG were very prompt in getting me a new date (the next day) and it wasn’t an issue for them. Great engineers as well who were very knowledgeable and professional. Good craic to chat to too! I’ll definitely be using BG again in the future.

Ronnie was able to come in and identify exactly what all the problems were with the whole system, something no one else has been able to do for 3 years now, he couldn’t have been nicer even when the cat was trying to climb in his bag and was very prompt following up with a plan for fixing the system, would highly recommend!
